1969 Black Adventurer

The black (or 'negro') version of the Adventurer (also 7905).  Black figures from 1969 often feature a slightly redder toned complexion.  They differ from the black Action Soldier in that the patent number for the figure has replaced 'patent pending' on the mark located on the figure's behind.  These figures are often found wearing the French Resistance uniform.  Their box is identical to the white version except for the addition of a sticker reading 'Negro Adventurer' to the box front.
