Adventure Team Prototypes & Concepts
Joe fans are lucky to have fellow collectors who are willing to share their research and finds with the collecting community. Two of the foremost of these are Derryl DePriest and Tod Pleasant. Derryl and Tod made contact with a number of the people who literally made the Adventure Team in the late 60s and early 70s. Through their interviews, they were able to unearth a treasure trove of both Adventure Team and 60s Military GI Joe history. Below are the slides of two power point presentations they shared at the last two official Joecons in 2017 and 2018. A supersized thank-you from the collecting community goes out to them for showing us all what they found!
